2. Prescription Requirement

Contact lenses are medical devices. By placing an order, you confirm that you have a valid, unexpired prescription from a licensed eye care professional.

We verify prescription expiry dates automatically. Orders with expired prescriptions will not be fulfilled. It is your responsibility to maintain regular eye exams and updated prescriptions.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in USD. We offer two pricing options for your convenience:
  • Regular one-time pricing for standard purchases.
  • AutoShip pricing for recurring scheduled orders.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are securely processed via Stripe to ensure the highest level of security for your financial data.

4. AutoShip Program

By enrolling in AutoShip, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency you select. You may cancel or modify your AutoShip at any time through your account. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled order to prevent processing.

5. Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 and on all AutoShip orders regardless of total. Standard shipping times apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

6. Returns and Refunds

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Opened contact lenses cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Defective products will be replaced or refunded upon verification of the defect.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes are subject to individual terms. The 25% first order discount applies to new customers only. Promotional pricing may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
